Charity Poker Event

This Saturday is our monthly Charity Poker Event held at PDC Poker or Carbon Poker that we call the 5th Street Charity Ball. Last month we had 64 online poker players come out for the tournament and we raised $128 for the Make a Wish Foundation. That may not sound like much, but we've hosted this charity poker tournament since December of 06, so it adds up .

The buy-in is small ($4.40) and half of it ($2.00) goes to the children. Lets see if we can't set a record this month . Feel free to promote this game to everyone you know if you have a web-site. We play it on our custom table and it's for a very worthy cause. And if you win the charity tournament you get a shiny new accolade to show off at the tables .  I wear mine anytime I'm playing at the site . :-)
