Let Senator McCain know how you feel .

I just want to share this with my readers that may not have received it or that may not be a member of the Poker Players Alliance. I am not endorsing Senator McCain by any means , I personally feel that he is of the age that he'll not change his mind about gambling or anything else for that matter ......but it never hurts to send off letters every chance we get to those that have political powers . Just read what the Poker Players Alliance sent out folk, and send that letter. It's fast , it's easy , and don't cost a dime.

Republican presidential nominee John McCain needs to hear from you TODAY.  This week, the Republican Platform Committee included language in the party platform (a document outlining the priorities of the GOP) that supports efforts to outlaw online poker and other forms of online gaming.  This is especially troubling given that hundreds of PPA members and poker enthusiasts contacted the Platform Committee and stated their preference that the GOP not include anti-online gaming language in this year’s platform like they did in 2000 and 2004.  Sadly, the GOP ignored these calls and decided to abdicate core conservative principles in favor of a "nanny-state" approach to governance.

Please let McCain know you are not pleased with his party’s decision by sending him a letter TODAY telling him to repudiate this plank of the GOP platform.  Simply click the link below to send a letter directly to McCain’s presidential campaign.
