National Poker Week is taking place this month on July 19th through the 25th.  National Poker Week is a coordinated effort by the Poker Players Alliance (PPA) and it's base  as a way to let lawmakers in Washington DC hear directly from poker players all across the United States.

The organisation will be sending more than 30 State Directors and at least six professional poker players to the Capital. The PPA representatives will then be meeting with members of Congress and lobby for the legalization and regulation of online poker.

The House of Poker Blues encourages all citizens of the U.S.A. that believe in our freedom to spend our own money online, in the privacy of our own homes, to join the thousands of others that do as well and sign the petition at the PPA that will be presented to Congress.
